Tesla opened its first Supercharger station in Gurugram, India, advancing its national charging infrastructure buildout. The new facility, located at DLF Horizon Center, is now operational.
This launch brings Tesla’s total number of charging locations in India to three, joining existing sites in Delhi and Mumbai.
The Gurugram site features four V4 Superchargers. These units can add up to 275 km of range to a Model Y in just 15 minutes. The station also includes three slower Destination Chargers.
This expansion is a critical step supporting wider electric vehicle adoption in the Indian market. Owners manage the entire charging process through the Tesla app, which handles station location, monitoring, and payments.
