Tesla introduced the more affordable Model 3 "Standard" variant in markets including the UK and the Philippines to broaden its customer base. The UK price starts at £37,990. The Philippines lists the vehicle at P 1,838,000, making it competitive with gasoline and hybrid alternatives.
To achieve the lower price point, Tesla removed or altered several premium features. These changes include the rear passenger touchscreen, heated rear seats, and certain interior finishes.
Tesla also extended its new vehicle warranty in Australia and New Zealand. The new terms offer five years with unlimited kilometers, aligning with local market standards to boost consumer confidence.
Regional data showed Tesla achieved a record month for retail sales in China in December 2025, selling 93,843 vehicles. However, total sales for the full 2025 year in China experienced a slight year-over-year decrease.
