Tesla reported mixed vehicle registration figures across Europe for December 2025, with several key markets seeing significant year-over-year declines. Registrations in Sweden dropped 71%, while France recorded a 66% fall.
Spain also reported a decrease in new sales, falling 44% for the month. In contrast, Norway saw a substantial increase in registrations, rising 89% during December.
This varied performance reflects broader market trends. Through November 2025, Tesla’s overall market share in Europe (including the UK and EFTA) declined to 1.7%. This is down from 2.4% recorded during the same period in 2024.
The company faces growing competition from both local European and international electric vehicle manufacturers.
