Visa launched Intelligent Commerce Connect to simplify how businesses participate in AI-powered commerce. The platform acts as a universal on-ramp for AI agents to conduct purchases on behalf of consumers.

The system is built on the Visa Acceptance Platform and remains network-agnostic. This architecture enables payments from both Visa and non-Visa cards through a single integration.

Initial pilot partners include AWS, Aldar, and Highnote. Visa plans to expand the initiative to additional partners throughout the year.

Visa stock increased 2.1% during the trading session following the announcement.
