Accenture has agreed to acquire Industries eXcellence Group (IndX), a division of Engineering Group specializing in Siemens Digital Industries software.
The acquisition strengthens Accenture’s manufacturing services to modernize engineering, production, and supply chain operations. This move integrates IndX’s digital thread and product lifecycle management expertise with Accenture’s AI capabilities.
Accenture will establish two new Centers of Excellence for Siemens solutions in Italy and India. These facilities will focus on scaling AI-enabled industrial solutions across the operational landscape.
