Tata Electronics and ASML signed an MoU to equip India’s first major semiconductor plant in Dholera, Gujarat. The Prime Ministers of India and the Netherlands witnessed the agreement.

ASML will provide advanced lithography tools and support for the new 300mm wafer facility. This partnership supports India’s strategic goal to build a domestic chip ecosystem and reduce import reliance.

The deal establishes ASML as a foundational supplier in a new, high-growth market. This collaboration will accelerate technology transfer and high-value manufacturing within the global electronics supply chain.
