Snowflake expanded its strategic collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to accelerate the adoption of agentic AI. Under a new multi-year agreement, Snowflake committed to spending $6 billion on AWS compute and AI services over the next five years.

The investment addresses surging demand for data-intensive AI workloads and strengthens the companies' position in the cloud data market. Snowflake has already surpassed $7 billion in lifetime sales through the AWS Marketplace.

The partnership streamlines product integrations to help joint customers deploy AI-powered applications on governed enterprise data. This collaboration aims to move organizations from AI experimentation to full-scale production deployments.
