BYD is launching a major overseas expansion featuring 6,000 fast-charging stations. Europe will receive 3,000 of these charging units.

The rollout supports the European debut of Denza, a premium brand recently acquired from a Mercedes-Benz joint venture. Initial model offerings include the Z9 GT and the D9 MPV.

BYD plans to establish Denza in more than 30 European countries by the end of 2026. The company aims to open over 150 retail locations across the continent within this timeframe.

This strategy combines a premium vehicle lineup with a proprietary charging network to capture international market share.
