CleanSpark identified Meta Platforms as the tenant for a new 175-megawatt data center in Sandersville, Georgia.
CleanSpark is raising $2.23 billion to fund the facility's construction.
The company expects initial delivery of the site in late 2027.
The 20-year lease agreement will generate approximately $6.6 billion in contracted revenue.
This move supports Meta's infrastructure expansion for its artificial intelligence and metaverse initiatives.
